Urban Link was founded in South Africa on 1 July 2013 with a bold vision: to build a real estate network distinguished by exceptional service, trusted relationships, and entrepreneurial excellence.
What began with 12 offices across the country has grown into a dynamic national brand, reflecting the strength of our people, our values, and our unwavering commitment to growth.

The vision behind Urban Link was brought to life by Raal Nordin, a respected entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the property industry. Having successfully launched brands including Just Letting, Only Rentals, Deal-Chasers, and various franchise businesses, his leadership continues to inspire a culture of innovation, ambition, and achievement.

Today, Urban Link is more than a property brand. We are a community of passionate professionals united by a common purpose: helping people achieve their property goals while building lasting relationships founded on trust, integrity, and exceptional service.
